Cablevision Systems Corp. (NYSE: CVC) today announced the addition of two new channels — Sportsman Channel (channel 462), devoted to hunting, shooting and fishing activities, and NEO Cricket (channel 463), dedicated to the sport of cricket, to the iO Sports & Entertainment Pak. NEO Cricket, an English-language channel, is also available as part of the new iO South Asian package.
The additions bring the total number of networks available through the iO Sports & Entertainment Pak to 22. Serving outdoor enthusiasts, Sportsman Channel delivers entertaining and educational programming with renowned sportsmen and conservationists. NEO Cricket telecasts cricket matches as well as “Cricketainment,” which ranges from news to quiz shows.

Sportsman Channel recently announced new programming debuting this fall on the network, including shows targeting the outdoors lifestyle on public lands called On Your Own Adventures, and an original production with Beau Turner, son of media mogul Ted Turner, called Beau Knows Outdoors. Sportsman Channel is available on channel 462 as part of the iO Sports & Entertainment Pak.

Cablevision customers can find NEO Cricket on channel 463 as part of the iO Sports & Entertainment Pak, which is available to all Family Cable customers and above with a digital cable box for an additional $ 6.95 per month. The network is also available on channel 247 as part of the new iO South Asian programming package, which also includes World Picks Hindi, TV Asia, ITV Gold, Zee TV and Sony Entertainment Television Asia and can be added for $ 24.95 per month to Family Cable level of service or above.
